Rohit Bhai Mere Location main Gym acche nahi hain. Trainer bhi sahi log nahi hain har bar koi na koi product ya plans chipkane ki koshish kart hain. Unhe bas paise chahiye service kuch bhi nahi deni, ishi liye ab main ghar par hi ziyada excercise shuru kar raha hoon, Bhai thodi bohot resistance band wali excercise bhi hosake to bataiye jisse near to Gym kuch fitness hasil kar saku.
