Actually it takes 18 years for rahu(North node) -ketu(south node) to complete one full rotation in opposite direction. rahu's nakshtras are Ardra, Swati and Sadhayam Or Shatabisha. And ketu nakshatras are Ashwini, Magha and moola. To all who still are not clear about rahu and ketu, it is nothing but geometric point of solar ecliptic plane where the moon crosses while rotating. That's why rahu and ketu are told as shadow planets. One important point here is, in your birth chart you can see rahu and ketu. It tells who you are. Your soul growth. Your lagna defines the fate for this life. So pls study your chart and realize where you are in this birth life cycle. To attain moksha, rahu-ketu placement is most important. Rahu shows your desires in this life and your future. Ketu denotes your past life and your knowledge. So pls neutralize it and balance your desires and try to gain more knowledge.
