Hi Dan, my problem in the backstroke is that I don't move forward with my leg kicks!!! an advice??!

I have a couple options in my mind. 1. Pushing the water in one defection (INSTEAD YOU SHOULD KICK THE WATER UP AND DOWN) 2. Keeping your legs too tight . Relax your ankles. Let your feet flap the water up and down.

Hi dan , while learning backstroke kicking my face goes into the water at times and also at times water goes into the nose creating breathing issue. Any advice?

I am literally fighting to achieve the skill of breaststroke kick . 1 my foot are not bending the way it should be 2 I sink if I practice full drill pull kick glide . My glide step always missed 😢 I am 67 ( Indians are not as strong as western country at 67 😂 they are considered old .. but I don’t accept that notion so trying to learn the swimming now . I could do the pull part nicely but together😮 what is going wrong ???? I just try to glide solely for 2 rounds of 15 ft ) please guide .( btw I misunderstood the back stroke to breaststroke- because English is not my language . I just manage the language.. but this is my hurdle point while practicing breaststroke.
