Your Catalan channel is SUPERB! I am having fun going through it - and given my knowledge of FR/SP/IT/PORT - I find I can understand MOST of what you say. Please NOTE (!!!) - Your excellent 42 minute basic Catalan Video that I watched last week is NO longer available on KZbin (at least not for the last 2 days). Could you please check to see if there is a problem with this. THANK YOU for ALL that you do! - :)

Hi Laura. The problem is that I receive an ERROR MESSAGE when I tap on this. But I AM still able to reach other videos - so I wonder (at least from the U.S. where I live) - or perhaps from KZbin administrators if there is a problem? I also noticed that many of my Russian KZbin videos that I used to be able to access give the same error message. But I am still able to access most of the other KZbin stations … Perhaps you could try to see if on your end you are still able to access this 42-minute basic video using another browser - or using another computer. Anyway - I CAN access your other Catalan Videos - so I have more than enough material to “keep me busy”. Moltes gràcies !!! - :)

Saludos, Laura. Oigo que a veces la ''e'' se pronuncia como ''a'' y otras veces como ''e''. Entiendo que si tiene acento siempre es ''e''. El problema es cuando no tiene, como en ''Moltes gracies''. Me gustaría saber si hay alguna regla. Moltes gracies. Sigo aprendiendo mucho con tus videos.

Hola maestra, podría hacer un vídeo para pronunciar bien las vocales (le e y la o abiertas) en catalán, la "ll" , la "j" por favor, y se me complica mucho la "s" en medio de los vocales (és un ... casa...) muchas gracias por sus videos me han servido mucho para aprender a escuchar bien el catalán y en general para aprenderlo bien, saludos desde México

Moving this idea onto building vocabulary and building brick verbs to teach the most commonly used words and phrases will be very useful to gain a basic ability to speak and understand everyday language. Listen and repeat can be done over and over again as one goes for a walk or cleans the house or even driving. M'agrada molt este estilo d'aprendre
