I know a lot of people are learning korean just for Kpop, I started for that reason as well, but I hope you guys realize becoming fluent or even understanding basic phrases can take months to years of dedication and studying. I found I actually find learning languages really fun and have stuck with it, and now I’m doing it for more reasons than Kpop. Just letting y’all know it’s not an overnight thing and you can’t expect to just decide to learn a language like that and it be easy. I find it fun, but not everyone may so just be aware 💜 if you’re really gonna dedicate to it, good luck!

You first need to learn basic hangul (written) and grammar. Then watch this video while you awake, practices every phrase. It will create understanding and familiarity. Once familiarity was created and you then can try to listen while you sleep. But don't expect to wake up fluent in Korean. You still need to practice. I listened while asleep, and have a dream of talking some Korean words. It basically makes your brain familiar with Korean. But conscious learning is needed.

We usually dont use first three greeting in korea. We just say “An-nyeong!”(informal) or “An-nyeong-ha-se-yo”(formal). You can use this greeting anytime of day, like “Hi”in English and “Hola” in Español.
