I am a primary school teacher.
Yesterday I received an email asking me if (1) I would like to work at a university.
I am not sure if (1) I would enjoy teaching university students.
If (3) I don’t enjoy it as much, I will likely be less happy than I am now.
So I told them that if (4) they could give me a couple of days to think, I would be really appreciate it.

Thanks. I think the only one that can be translated as 如果 is Number 3, because it is the only one describing a hypothetical situation of the type you mentioned.

I've always heard the Chinese R pronounced like a J :) since most courses use the Beijing accent, it might be that one.
