Hi Gavin, ive watched all of the series videos so far and this is one of the best dynamo guides out there. Have you considered making a python for dynamo series by any chance?

Hello, I followed your instruction from the beginning and it worked till almost end . In Section creating doors and windows I faced with a problem and I decided open a new project and start from the beginning again BUT it did not work anymore. When I wanna run at the first step in Node "ElemetGetParameterUnitValue", my floors and walls could not be read in this node and I get lots of empty Nodes after running dynamo! how can I fix it ?

Odd... do you mind sending me a screenshot of your script by email? Sounds like your workflow is a bit different to collect the walls than mine. My email is in my video banner.

Can I bring an imported DWG file into Revit and convert them into 3D using this method? It seems that you drafted these lines in Revit directly right?
@AussieBIMGuru5 жыл бұрын
I drafted these natively, however packages like 'Bimorph nodes' and 'LinkDWG' have nodes which provide access to DWG layers.

It looks like it is currently called '/W ElementType.Instances' in the latest build.

Hi! I am not able to find the Line Style node in Archilab. Can you please tell me where to find it?

Try my package 'Crumple' instead. It has a more detailed node under Revit > Graphic Styles
