Do you love to learn English while you watch movies? Me too! I think it’s fun and powerful to learn languages through fiction. Movies inspire us to learn through their creativity and playfulness. I love that and it can help your learning as well. In this English lesson I’ll use my Ben Franklin method to teach you some of the nuances of spoken English. If you’ve been using movies to learn English you know that the great power of this method is learning conversational English. My students from across the world have taken their book knowledge of English and greatly expanded it by using my fun English tutorials to hone their English speaking skills. Since conversation is likely your goal you need to practice intentionally on your English conversation methods. This video will help you do just that! You can go back over the lesson as many times as you need to-practice makes perfect! You’ll get to see diagrams and technical information on all of the spoken English from this great scene from The Martian! I liked the movie a lot and I hope you feel inspired to learn English with this clip. If you’re working to improve your spoken American English you’re in the right spot. My entire channel is here to help you! Learning English is incredibly rewarding and this summer’s movie series makes it fun and fast. Let’s go to the movies together!
I ALMOST FORGOT! Now you can download a free audio lesson to go with this video: rachelsenglish.com/summer-blo...

The lesson is far good, but I do feel like the more I go deep into it, the less specific the rule is. It seems like there's no specific rule for reduction. This time I find one rule is correct but the next time, it 's not. Quite confusing to me. I really hope Rachel can make a full video of making details of the rule for reduction of any kind. it would be very helpful for learners like me . Anyway, I love your lesson, love ur method :)
