wrist curls will get you stronger, but practicing more reps will make you faster!

Put the palm of your hand on the side of the stick not the top. Then you’re using your arm strength not wrist strength

Is there a special stick you need for this or will any stick work

You could use any stick. But it's not ideal. there is face off designed heads you can get the bend more and have a narrower head

One of the most successful techniques ive ever seen is where the face off guy on the opposing team would literally jump onto the ball like he is jumping on a grenade then hed turn into my very confused team mate and shove him away and then this guy would grab the gb and it worked every time😂. We lost that game 18 to 3
