Heavy work at times this One Darren! However getting Right under the Hood of FreeCAD is enlightening to say the least!! I am having some issues with Bow Tie Twists in my sweeps 34:14, does it matter which Profile Sketch You select to remap? I'm wondering if this is causing my issue. Some times the head gets too full of new info to function well? Took your advice and tried a circular path (Peice of Cake). Seems with the Polygon the First Two Edges Sweep ok but the Third Twists. I remember settings can sometimes solve this any ideas? I remember somethings about bow ties I'll try and find a video.
