Very nice explanation i have 2 portals users with two wb and get next should work with two different logic. One user should use priority to get next work from WB1 and another portal user use fieldx data to pick next work from WB2. If i update listview it will impact to all users? How i can achieve this?

Routing concept will work in same way, be its one work queue or multiple.

Should consider create date if urgency is same unless we have not modified logic in GNW list view.
