This comment is extremely good for many reasons; the first of which is that it's eloquently worded and well thought out, making it easier to read and understand. The second is that it subtly underscores how annoying it is when tutorial videos for a software you are learning to use waste so much of your time telling you how good the software is when the only reason you are watching a tutorial is because it was not intuitive enough and the thing you were looking for was not detailed in the help section.

I have spent entirely way too much time to figure out how to simply make a data entry form but (data has only 4 columns) but make 2 of the 4 data entry fields use drop down menus from other tab columns. Seems to be entirely impossible. New at this. Choice thing does not work, if you put in on a table list it changes current data. please help, thanks in advance.

A simple "required" check box feature you can't even give us that, forcing to use multi-step form, that's a bad UX.
