This appears to be a good option to wear under a light jacket, shirt, sweater or other, open, med -long sleeved outerwear. Gives flexibility in dress while keeping arms covered to the degree desired. (An example of the "layered" look.)

I want to make this. My question is that from:24 to :38 you say add 6” after measuring all the way around. Then you proceed to two cut two arms holes and see the front and the back. So that means, I would need to cut the original piece into two rectangle pieces correct ??
