Hey coach do you recommand dribbling with a tennis ball could help as well, or that just a waste of time.

If don’t right it can be useful in small instances but better off doing stuff like this

try it..!!! we use a small foam kids ball and net to mess around and practice hand eye and hand release. back in the day i used tennis balls and golf balls to practice stick handling in hockey.. sometimes i would put an ankle weight on my wrists too. imo... start practicing shooting off a balance board once in a while.... either both feet or one, it forces the brain to make better neural to muscular connections more precise over time and balance is key when shooting.

Change of speed drills/attacking downhill with limited dribbles and space… these are the sills worked on in the vid. I’m sure I missed some other aspects because I’m not over analyzing every drill, but the aforementioned qualities are used in real games by the best players. Changing speeds before the defense can react and being as efficient as possible with the amount of dribbles and space used.
