Why no red slotted activation instructions

The red thing on the back which is supposed to turn gets turned when you install it on the mounting bracket. The twist locks it onto the wall and causes that red screw to turn. (This was for our model 20SD10-V)

Removing the old one from the base feels like an impossible task. Mine isn’t moving at all no matter how hard I try to twist it

Need help urgent on kidde model 20SD10 (issue no 0086931 date 26 january 2024) We installed this kidde smoke alarm (no battery compartment model) in end of May. Sunday 8 September at 5am started to keep beeping every 60seconds. One loud beep. Took it off from the wall. Wipe it. And stopped beeping around 5.30am. Suddenly 9am started beeping again. Sometimes 1 beep. Sometimes 3 beeps. Wiped it again. And stopped beeping 9.25am. And now it is constantly short beeping 3 times with blinking red every 60 seconds (please find attached the video and photo of the model). Now we are so confused since we do not know what we are supposed to do and this thing keeps on beeping. Please help me out.

I'm stuck with a 900-CUAR at my house when our old KN-COSM-IBA went bad, But the new one hasn't been bad in the 2 years it's been installed so idk why people are hating on them.
