• Learn the correct way ...
In this video, you will learn how to make almond flavoured chocolates using two different types of moulds. Plastic moulds are low priced but not long lasting where good quality polycarbonate moulds are pretty much unbreakable but expensive. Cheaper polycarbonate moulds are also available.
After you melt the chocolate and chop your almonds, this video teaches you how to mix them and then pipe them carefully into your moulds. The most important tip for you to always keep in mind is that your chocolate should be room temperature and never never HOT! After this step, you learn the technique of how to remove air bubbles so there are no holes in your chocolate.
Your moulds are then ready to put in the freezer
Once taken out from the refrigerator, you can check whether chocolates are ready or not by seeing the frosting on your moulds as shown in the video. You will then learn how to demould the chocolates.
We also show you a quick way on how to give a glitter/ gold touch to your chocolates to make them look even more attractive.

I tried making bonbons using shunda chocolate mould which had tiny cavities and they never came off. It was my first try with polycarbonate mould. Silicon mould worked better. Also will freezing not cause the chocolates to sweat?

You must follow the instructions carefully Cleaning the mould Using the chocolate at the correct temperature. Keeping the chocolate in the fridge until the mould gets a frosted look If u freeze the mould for too long then it's a problem . Do try again.

Hello maam i tried this choclates it came out very good just made a blunder i tried ferrero rocher it came out good but after keeping in fridge wrapped in paper i ate after 3-4 days the shell inside ferrero rocher was soggy could you plsssssss tell me where the mistake was plssssss

No. You need to use room temp chocolate n set in the freezer for at least 5 to 8 mins . If sticking u need to keep a few mins longer

Yes u can. Surprisingly chocolates set quite quickly in silicon moulds. May take 5 mins in the fridge. Test by trying to remove one first .
