Learn how to make the perfect shiny Chocolate Truffle Sauce (Fudge Sauce) on your stove.

Ingredients
1 cup of chocolate ( 110 grams) chopped .
6 tablespoons of cream . I used whipping cream today as I couldn’t get Amul fresh cream which I usually use .
1 or 2 tablespoons butter , I used Amul salted . This is optional .
Tip
If you are using Cadbury’s silk chocolate pls use ab 4 tbspns of cream only
Method
In a thick bottomed pan heat the cream, keep stirring , when it just starts too boil , TURN OFF THE HEAT and add the chocolate . Cover and leave for 5 minutes .
Now mix and incorporate the cream and chocolate very well together, until it looks uniform . At this stage turn on the heat again on medium and just cook it for a few minutes until it becomes shiny and glossy . Transfer into a bowl , cling wrap and set in the fridge for at least 4 hours .
This will be the perfect consistency now thick but fudgy.
With this truffle / fudge sauce you can do the filling for your cakes n cupcakes, you can cover / frost your cake from the outside and you can also do all your beautiful piping to give your cake that professional look `

Mam after boiling the cream u turned off d gas or it was continued...I had seen all ur videos and tried to make it and it was awesome...I have a question should u need tempering while using cocoa butter in compound?means it should b in room temperature or anything else ? I only use in any mould after it is in room temperature...dat is d process we hav to follow o anythingelae mam pls suggst

mou dutta yes pls turn off gas after adding the chocolate . After 5 minutes when the chocolate has melted you can put the heat back on , medium heat. And yes cocoa butter should be at room temperature

Just add a little more of cream . In good quality tupperwares my truffle lasts for at least a week. But u have to see for urself.

My truffle sauce hardens quite a lot I am not able to pipe it on the cake properly as it does not come out of the piping bag easily . So what to do ma'am ☺️ I like your videos very much 🍰🍰

Just leave it in room temperature If it's still too tight put on double boiler for a few minutes Or microwave at 5 seconds intervals 2 or 3 times

:))))) lots Dairy silk is for direct consumption it's already got lots of ingredients to make it yummy. If u keep it in room temp it may soften Compound chocolate is made to remelt abd work with. To make truffle decorations etc. It won't melt in room temperature. Normally we don't eat compound chocolate directly from tbe packet.

No you have to let it set first. Keep it in the fridge for minimum an hour.
