They are stylistically very different. Maxime thrives in complicated and unclear positions, while Fischer always pursued clarity. Just compare their Najdorf games. Fischer sometimes made it look like a purely positional opening, and could win games with hardly any combinations in them, while in MVL´s hands it looks like an ultra sharp attempt to blow anybody off the board.

when analyzing a game i find that super gms are much more insightful when they comment on their defeats (which they usually dont) . Watch some of Hikaru's videos where he analyzes his own games and pay atenttion to the games where he loses. He can explain what he was thinking, why it was wrong, and what should he have done.

@Siddhant Satao Thanks. I am French supporter of MVL and I watch dozens of videos on Twitch with him and his good friends on Blitzstream Channel and other channels. I am just giving a feedback to improve the experience. Also at the end I am saying that finally no need to improve the resolution because it high res videos contribute to global warming. Ok i should have started with thanks, you are right. This was no criticism though...
