This video will be covering Glides. Glides are a great to create better angles to drive the ball or get a shot off! Once you glide you are trying to get outside of your defenders feet. If you get outside of there feet that will be your driving angle. If they get in front of you then that is when you would change direction. If they are giving you space then you can get into your shot. If they back up after the glide then you can also get into your shot.

Yu should have counter moves for every move yu make. So make another move until separation
