How do you treat all those elements in the mix pan-wise ? Keep stereo tracks and let them in the middle or separate them in mono tracks and spread them in the mix?

i can hear that guitars and orchestral parts are not synchronized. maybe i am wrong but...

I can hear it too - as everything else (including drums) seems to be quantized "spot on", the guitars probably need some quantizing as well...
