Tempo is how fast or slow the song goes. Think of it like driving a car. A car can go different speeds while your driving. You can go 25mph or 70mph for example. The same is true with music. While your playing your can play at different speeds. I would recommend using a metronome to hear the difference between a 60 and 90 tempo change. Hopefully this helps!

Thank you micheal and love your videos, one thing i still dont understand about the difference in tempo is, what the tempo is doing. What is the purpose of tempo and how can i tell the difference in how to play from a 60 tempo to a 90 tempo for example?
