あなたの目標によると思います。 I think it depends on your goals. もし、ビデオの中の私の英訳を読んで、そのような会話をあなたも日本語でやりたいのであれば、このビデオを何ども聞いて勉強して下さい。 If you have read my English translation in the video and would like to have such a conversation in Japanese, please listen to this video several times and study it. がんばれ!!!

Honnestly I don't recommand using this while sleeping, because you will have a bad sleeping quality, and get tired during some days. Much more efficient to sleep well normaly, be energic during the day and use this energy to study actively. People are suggesting doing this because they mistakenly think it works like hypnosis. Hypnosis and sleeping thing are not the same thing.

@@JapaneseLanguage お返事をありがとうございます ! And I should add, thank you again for these videos...! ❤ Yes you're right about this one, while driving I listen a lot to these videos, and your channel helped me a lot to improve my Japanese last year. I did try while sleeping, with bad results, so I made some research about it and the conclusion is in my comment above. A best title for your video could be "Improve your Japanese while you drive"...☺But always make the setup before starting the car, using phone on the road is dangerous. 🧐
