I understood this because I knew what most of those words meant, but I think it would've been more helpful to other if you would have shown what part of the sentence each word was and what it meant

its not that hard, quite easy for me actually, well i think its bcz my first language also uses SOV like korean, so instead of translating eng to korean i use my first language to translate to korean... all i gotta do is use korean vocabulary 😂

Sentence construction is a bit confusing and I am still learning how to use particles. I can now read hangul but clueless what I was reading. Guess I have to work on my vocabulary first. Aja!

@@neatcoconutboi i think it depends on ur first language maybe lol cuz as an English speaker German is super easy cuz it's so similar but Korean is confusing because the sentence structure is completely different & we don't share as many root words

What about when you have a verb AND an infinitive in the same sentence? For example, in "I came to eat cake," would 왔어요 or 먹다 come first?

This question is a specific grammar question actually - you're looking for the form for "(in order) to," and I made a video about this just for you ;-) You can watch "Learn Korean Ep. 46: In order to" to learn about this.

You said that when multiple adjectives are used, the last adjective should be conjugated. However, in the last example you used, I don't understand how 맛있는 was conjugated. I thought that is the normal way 'delicious' is written. I'm confused.
@GoBillyKorean
@GoBillyKorean 4 жыл бұрын
맛(이) 있다 is the original verb meaning "to be delicious" (literally 맛 "flavor" 있다 "to exist") --> 맛(이) 있는 is the conjugated version "~is delicious."
