Estella jaques whatever string it shows in the video I think then you do a high 3 but if that's to complicated you could also move your 4th finger down too

It's in between 3rd and 4th finger

It means High third, which would be a C sharp on the G string, a G sharp on the D string, an D sharp on the A string, and an A sharp on the E string.
