How did it go!!!
@camronrubin859910 ай бұрын
@@DeathRattlingWhore yup I got my first muscle up a few days ago on the rings and I just did 2 today . I already had most of the prerequisite strength I was just missing explosive power and some muscle around the transition phase . So I just spammed band assisted ring muscle ups until I was strong enough. I could easily do 10-15 pull-ups and and 10 deep dips before I started learning a muscle up and only took me a few weeks to learn

Wonderful video!! Been working on the progressions for weeks, and just got some bands...wow, to be able to go through the whole motion was amazing!! I can already tell that the bands will help with my false grip!! So much enjoyment from my most recent workout...looking forward to the session where I do not need any help from a band!! Merry Christmas, and thank you!!

Thanks for the upload. I think a video where you introduce your home-gym and your irreplaceable equipments would be interesting.

Will definitly gives this a try. It is a skill ( regular and ring muscle ups) I have pending for a long time. Congrats from Argentina and keep the great job!

This was a really helpful video. I have a question: in your opinion, how would you compare the difficulty of this strict muscle up to the one arm pull-up? I can muster a one arm pull-up, but not a muscle up like this. Is that abnormal?

Just bought a pair of rings a few days ago, and the part about regression is true. I can now do less pull-ups, dips and push-ups etc. on them, but it's still a great piece of equipment.

Even when you said ring dips are much harder than bar dips, it felt like an understatement once I did it. Almost smashed into my door.

I think i found the weak link after a few months of on and off training, I know I have good pulling and pushing strength, but when practising transitions on a parallel bar, I couldn't get a single rep, any tips for building strength to push through when your elbows are at that 90 degree angle?

first of all: congratulations. I'm not able to do any of both yet, but I'm finding more achievable the slow one (more strength based than power I think). I also find it more cool... :P
