I don't know what's wrong here in Canada but it takes forever to load your class - once it is uploaded or streaming it's great ! I think I'm hacked - I have the fastest wifi - it was a free upgrade from Telus and I'm still waiting - but that's the thing the wifi is from a Alberta Company - crap products sad to say that

I have a question. A lot of times in English we use "wouldn't" in place of "didn't" For example, "He wouldn't hand me the money." instead of "He didn't hand me the money." The first one implies that he may have eventually handed the speaker the money, but there was an obstacle. Can the conditional tense in Spanish also be used like this?

That's a good question. In English wouldn't can mean he refused, e.g. "He wouldn't give it back", meaning 'he refused to give it back'. In Spanish you CANNOT use the conditional for this use. For this you have to say, "he didn't want to give it back", that would be a common translation "No quiso devolverlo."

It sounds (to me) that when you pronounce a first person, plural of a “would be” verb, your accent is on the a of “iamos”, even though you write the accent on i. 🤔
