Oh, so that is how you do it. This always confuses me when I try the tricky classes and this has helped so much. I think I may even get it next time (big smile)

Kick ball change! Memories of when my daughter had jazz dance class (which she loved). On the walk back to the other side, it begs me to do my Irish step dance moves. Thanks for all the tutorials!

Thank you for the awesome breakdown of Kick Ball Change. It has eluded me for years because when I attended step classes I used to fake it!

Thank you for the step tutorials. Though it sounds really very basic, it really helped me when you made the remark that you are "kicking" the same foot each time - I kept trying to figure out some way to kick the other foot and, of course, that didn't work! You're the best!

OH YAY!!! I am so glad it helped. I have to say that doing each one of these and breaking down the moves slowly brought out other ways for me to explain them. Great job Karen!

Good morning... any chance you could teach the figure 8. You are great at breaking down the moves and this one gives me lots of trouble 😊

Sure!! I will have to look it up as I may call it something different and I am not familiar. Did you get this one?

I really enjoyed this tutorial. Kick ball change has been a thorn in my side for 20 years. It's always confused me. It looks so cool when performed. I have this move down the way you show it here. What about a kick ball change after say a single knee? In my mind when I perform that move I say to my self knee down run run run - staying on the balls of my feet - almost like a small scissor motion. Can you maybe demonstrate a kick ball change after a single knee?

Hi Mary!! YESS!! I can definitely do that! I need more ideas for these tutorials, so please send some my way if you want me to break down moves. So is what you are asking for not the same as a ball change? Do you end up on the same foot or the other foot leading. When I see step knee run run run, I am ending up on the same foot, is that what you mean? You can also send me a little video on my email if that helps Chris@cdornerfitness.com
