It is a pity there is only one lesson appearing on this channel. The instructions were so clear, providing an easy way to grasp the fundamentals of the Swahili language especially for new learners. Hopefully in the future more videos will be made and added, I pray.

It really does. Because Duolingo wasn't explaining how one word is what would be a whole phrase in English. They weren't explaining the prefixes and suffixes, so I'd have to try to memorize the whole word, and hope for the best. He actually breaks it down in a great way.

@Lindisipho ... I totally concur. Kiswahili is the name given to our language but this is used while speaking in the language. For example : Mimi ni mwalimu wa Kiswahili. However, while speaking other languages then we use the word Swahili. For instance : I am a Swahili teacher or better still : Je suis professeur de swahili. Or in Zulu : Ngingumfundisi wesiSwahili. By the way, is there a difference between Isizulu and Zulu language?

The video was completely understood. There are some minor details that appear to be missing. For example Kwanini Zako badala ya Za wewe…. Za ina maana gani and others.

Because zako means 'yours' So you is 'wewe' but yours is 'zako'
