Very precise and explained the way Tamil is different from English when conversing.

Thank you Sir, this is very helpful to me, I have just started learning Tamil and I do not speak any of the Indian languages. Thank you once again 🙏🏼

Best wishes . What Lang do you speak ?
@homestylebaking2051 Жыл бұрын
I speak English only, but I've worked with some Sri Lankans co-workers and I picked up a few words but I still cannot put together a sentence, I am hoping that I will learn enough Tamil so that I may be able to have simple basic conversation with my Tamil neighbours and friends. Thank you, you are doing an amazing job. God bless 🙏🏼

Don't understand why in the 2nd phrase, there is "irukunga" instead of "iruku"as it relates to the address and not the person. So why be polite with the address?
@LEARNTAMIL12 жыл бұрын
ok. The ngE is not for the address. The ngE is added add the end to make the question polite. If you are asking to a little boy it could be "indhE address engE irukku?" indhE address engE irukkU (ngE) ? - this ngE is added at the end to make it polite as John is speaking to the passerby .. probably a respected man or woman
