Thank you for your feedback na ka :) to ask for less sugar น้ำตาลน้อย /nám-dtaan-naawy/= less sugar and less salt เกลือน้อย /gleuua-naawy/ By the way, we usually say 'less sweet' and 'less salty' in Thai common speech /waan-naawy/ for less sweet and /khem-naawy/ for less salty :) Sugar level from High to Low;🍷🍬 VERY SWEET: WAN MAAK🍪🍮; SWEET: WAN🍬; NOT TO SWEET: MAI KOI WAN✋🏼; LESS SWEET : WAN NID NOI🙏🏻; NOT TOO SWEET: MAI WAN🤚🏼; This level can adjust to the word 'salty' as well change the word from 'waan' to 'khem'

No its not the typo..those two words are different ...Not too sweet = mai koi wan [literally mean some sweet] but No sweet = mai wan [not sweet at all] :)

there are two basic types of noodle vendors: those who make noodle soup and those who dish up fried noodles. Recognisable by a large glass cabinet stacked with a few different types of noodles and whatever other ingredients they specialise in (often there will be meat hanging as well as a stack of fish balls and a pile of greens), noodle soup stalls are often a safe bet when looking for a quick vegan meal in Thailand. The stall will also have at least one large well of boiling stock or water, with a partitioned area for dunking and blanching noodles. If you are lucky enough to have found an all vegan noodle vendor or one with a separate vegetarian broth, you likely have a few options. You can have a few common types of noodle soups e.g. Nam said, tum yum, or YenTaFo.. or to play it safe just order dry noodle and ask the vendor what you want to exclude and include for your dish :)
