Learn the 10 Basic Movements in Taekwondo [Follow Along]

In this video, I walk you through, step by step how to do the 10 Basic Movements of WT Taekwondo in detail. This sequence of movements is one of the first things you will learn when you start your Taekwondo Journey. The sequence is performed in a static horse-riding stance and demonstrates the basic Taekwondo blocks and punches. More videos like this will be uploaded in the future. NOTE: These Movements are NOT the '10' Overall 'Basic Movements' in Taekwondo. The '10 Basic Movements' is a Name given to a Sequence/Pattern in Taekwondo which White Belts learn as a sort of Introduction/Start to Poomsae.
