Hey does this work for an accordion with only buttons?

Unfortunately the right hand section on these (the piano illustrations) are meant for piano accordion so half of it wouldn't apply, however the bass side, the left hand would help you stay organized. You're probably best just downloading the free chord chart from my website and using the bass portion of that rather than spending the money... If you find yourself liking it, you can always get the chord chart poster and cut the piano section off of it... it would still be of value and it would be 2 ft tall
