Well for easiest order (i think): this (Fate/SN UBW, 2014) then Fate/Zero (2011). For better storyline: FSN UBW then FSN Heaven's Feel (3 movies, '18, '19, '20) then Fate/Zero The rest is whatever you want Additional note: -if you want to see Astolfo he's in Fate/Apocrypha -Also FGO & extra are entirely different being but it's better to know SN first -Fate series is basically a bunch of "what ifs" Timeline, and the Stay Night-Zero is the main timeline Sorry if you legit don't want this info, my "drag everyone into Fate hell" sense just tingling and I feel obligated to share this LOL
