Actually, canonically Archer can barely remember anything aside from his original ideals and Saber. I think after a while he manages to remember Rin, but that's the furthest extent of his memory; he probably can't remember some meaningless show. I really don't get why people keep thinking that the Archer Rin summoned the first time is the same one as the one she got the second time. In EMIYA's timeline, there was likely a different Archer present at the time. That's why his presence in the past causes so many butterflies. He's not supposed to be there, and he's deliberately going out of his way to cause more.

Yue Solex That's actually because Emiya Shirou never left the pendant that Rin saved his life with behind, as stated by Archer. She used the same pendant from her timeline to summon a Servant, and since EMIYA still had that same pendant even as a Counter Guardian, it responded to hers and that's why she summoned him.

What I meant is Rin in FSN and UBW did not use other relic to link other servants so Archer's pendant from Rin will always come first to respond the call, but if she did use one, for example a piece of Round Table, she may summon the Knight of Round most compatible with her. It's funny because it isn't that complicated to understand something like a computer or in this case a recorder. Iskandar for example understood how to play video games with Waver, granted heroic spirits are granted knowledge of the era, but I'm guessing that doesn't mean absolutely everything because that's a bit too much and it would hardly be necessary to know how to play a modern game console when you're a spirit summoned for a war. Technology during Iskandar's life was barely advanced at all though considering Alexander the Great lived so long ago.
