great idea... just posted my try on my challenge... it was fun to learn this little riff

This was fun. I'm typically a metal player and play with a pick. All my guitars have double locking trems except one of my 7 strings. It was not set up to nail the tone, and I played it through the clean channel on my Invective. It was a blast playing something outside my usual genre, playing finger style, and playing with the nut bend. It was a little harder having to use not the lowest string, and I got under my nail a few times with the nut bend. Pain! I really wanted to use my RG655CBM for this because I was able to get the right tone, but the bend with the open E ringing was no good on the Edge.

I have a special Tech Tips topic request for us home studio hobbyist... Many of us have some old multi effects laying around. In my case, it's a BOSS -GT3 I bought almost 20y ago on ebay. This one has Midi in & out. Can you show how to incorporate midi in an electronic set-up? e.g. switching effects in Guitar Rig or EZMIX ? That's a topic I always wanted to dive in 🙂You dont have to find an GT-3, just any midi control board into those Guitar Effect programs or a DAW in general to trigger effects, volume etc.
