Love the channel. I really like how to describe the tuning of this rifle. I'm new to FX air guns. I just purchased my .25 Impact M3 compact and i've had it for about a week. I upgraded it to a 580cc 300bar tank, put a DonnyFL Koi and a Arken 6-24x50 scope with FX no limit mounts. it drills the same hole at 50 yards which is as far as I can check atm here at the house. My M3 came a lot different than you set yours up. My regulators are set at: Reg 1: 158 Reg 2: 119, Quick tune system is set at: 16 and 3. and the valve adjuster is set just a tad more than line 4. I've been been shooting FX 25.4 grain pellets. which I purchased 2 tins of when i purchased the rifle. I just purchased 8 tins of JSB 25.39 grains becuse they were a really good buy. However, looking at the FX pellets, like you've pointed out before, I haven';t seen one of these FX pellets that do not look 100% perfect. I hope this is the case with the JSB, fingers crossed. I don't have a chronograph yet but that's probably gonna be my next purchase. I'm looking at the FX pocket Chrono. Thank you for the content and please keep chugging along.

Cool. Your gun is probably tuned perfectly from the factory if it's doing 1 hole groups at 50 yards. I will eventually get to the .25 cal video, then we can get it tuned for a few pellets. JSB pellets can be mostlty perfect, it just depends how many times the tin was dropped LOL! FX chrono is good for tuning, having something on your barrel probably isn't the best for accuracy though.

What a good video, I have a question. I recently had an M3 and I am setting it up. It is true that when the M3 is well set up you should hear it clearly when the plenum fills with air or is it a myth? I ask you why I don't hear it and to be clear that I have to keep insisting on searching for those sounds or maybe it's not necessary.

Thank you for posting! Newbie question please: when you unscrew the bottle off of the gun, does the compressed air inside the bottle stay put? Does is rush out? the 18.1gr can't shoot that far. It goes to 75 yards. You need slugs or heavy ammo for those shots and a different tune.

Can you do a tune for the 25 caliber with 34 JSB ? Or do you have a tune? My gun came all out of wack shooting a spread of 72. 1st reg was 145-158, second 105, power wheel 16 micro 5 and valve 5. I lowered the valve to 4 and getting much better groups but still needs some work. Thanks for any help.

I have a 25 cal Impact M3 with a 600mm barrel, No barrel kit or slug liner or power block added. I shoot 34 grain H&N slugs @ 1050 fps. This is the tune I have. 1st reg 160, 2nd reg 130, valve on line 4 macro 16 and micro on 3.75. With this setting I have taken a 135 lb deer at 75 yrds

my FX Impact air-gun's bottle is not filling. When the bottle is removed and the inlet valve is attached to an air source, air flows out of the bottle inlet, but not into the bottle - any thoughts?

I am currently shooting a weirauch HW100 bullpup, and a regular HW100, both .177. They are accurate when you find the right pellet - i lovered the energy to 22 joule witch made the accuracy go up with jsb 13,43 grain. The gun is solid even when you fire with no pellet from time to time. The FX Impact just seem to have to many things able to go wrong. Seems that the Daystate airguns is more compelling - for now the price is compelling for the FX. Mayby it is just me but shooting with low pressure and dryfiring is something that happends on a regular day. There should be a autostop to avoid these problems. Am I the only one to think that to many things can go wrong with the FX Impace m3?

Sure, by the time you get it I will have the .30 cal video out. or just email FX for the factory tune. It should come tuned for JSB already. Probably just a bit up and down on your valve adjuster or micro wheel for going between pellet sizes.

My fx came from Utah airguns and the front reg pressure is set at 135 bar and 2nd reg is at 85 bar macro-16 micro-3 and it's shooting 18.1 pellets at 935fps straight from utah airguns. It's perfect to set up the macro at 12 and it's set at 880fps. I put the 25.4 grain pellets and the fps is 795 maxed out. ?????

You make great videos. I guess my M3 in .22 600mm came from factory at 130, 4 lines, 95, 3.0 and 16. I guess I need to change all that if I want 18.1 grains.

Mine came with the following settings from the factory - Reg 1. 135 bar, Line 4, 3.0/16, Reg 2. 85 bar - .22/600mm standard. Shooting 18.1 FX pellets at 928FPS, so dialed down to 12 on macro, a perfect 880 FPS.

2nd reg. Whatever you have your 2nd reg set at then you can shoot it down to that pressure.. My 2nd reg is set @ 130 and I normally shoot my gun down to 135 bar. My 1st reg is set on 160 and I get 3 mags before I have to air up. Macro on 15 and Im pushing 1075 fps with a 600 mm barrel and 28 grain pellet/slug.
