I’ve been able to do this spin since 2005 - back when I used to repeat Revenge of the Sith numerous times as a 10-year-old. It was always in the wrist. To this day, as a 29-year-old, I can still do that spin. Some things never change… I still got it 😎

I can do it step by step, but I get stuck when doing it fast and I get stuck at step 3-4. It's because once you have it behind you, you have to change the direction back down and for me its awkward to do.

oh yes…that part can be very difficult to get down. i’m not sure if it will help, but if you are using a saber try holding by the blade when you spin! it gives a good feel for the momentum. may the force be with you!
