Thanks brother for everything. I am a life long martial artist and a sports professor, and I really enjoy your videos end expand my knowledge from you. I think that you should talk also about how important and necessary calisthenics are in order to keep your health doing other sports, I confirm from experience as a martial artist and how really good is for recovery from injuries 💪

Love the cossack for the adductor strengthening. It helped heal a groin pull I had for months

Would love to see a similar style video for weighted mobility for other muscles (hamstrings, hip flexors, etc)

I had been trying to get the front splits for years, but then got it in a couple of weeks after I discovered end-range strength training. This approach works for middle splits too, but I can see that it is going to take me a lot longer...

Genuinely curious, what's the reason for doing the cosack squats with dumbell+globet grip vs using barbell on the back? Thank you for the amazing content 🙏

"I am unable to keep my back straight, much less maintain an anterior pelvic tilt when doing the Taylor's pose, even when I have my back against the wall. Why is that?"
@perotal4 ай бұрын
Put an object under your butt (block, pillow...). Find the elevation that allows you to maintain a straight back
@lucasterable4 ай бұрын
@@perotalthat's how to simplify the exercise, but it is not what was asked, which is WHY. To answer @jaycie2213's question, the reason is a combination of: - weak lower back muscles - weak leg external rotators - tight leg internal rotators - tight hamstrings - tight glutes

If you hold the horse stance you start to build your tendons, A good place to get to is a 5 min hold with only body weight

Hi, 1.5 years ago I had a hurt attack and went through angioplasty and two stents were placed. And my EF is 42% only. I need your guidance or advice whether I can do exercise to build my body (mainly upper chest and abs). Kindly suggest me. Regards, KS

@FitnessFaqs, could you please tel me where are you from? I'd like to know where is your English accent from and if you're a native English speaker. I must admit I don't always succeed in understanding all of your words without subtitles (I usually miss one or two words per sentence). I also admit I'm not a native speaker too.

So I'm 50. Still fit, but flexibility shot... in my 20s I was able to achieve full box splits. Is it possible to achieve again in my 50s?
@user-ug9rb2lp7n4 ай бұрын
If you were able to do it in your 20's and never had a serious injury, absolutely. You just gotta be way more conservative and gradual with your progress.
@alivekicking62474 ай бұрын
@user-ug9rb2lp7n like the word, "gradual." It certainly will be!
