This is a very useful tip I am getting much stronger tone in long bows with the higher elbow e.g. Ave Maria.

Strong points. I tend to neglect the forearm , elbow and upperarm having focused more on bow hold. Hopefully it will help me with my ongoing problem of unwanted touching of strings.

Hello! Hopefully examining the actions of your whole arm at different points of the bow stroke will help clear up that pesky problem of unwanted touching of strings, (although excessive movement of the fingers in the bow hold can also cause wayward bow movements.) It's so essential to have a good clean sound, so I hope you do well and enjoy your bowing experiments...Mary❤

Hola Mary! Ahora mismo empiezo a e experimentar 😊 Mil gracias Mary!💚🎶💜🎻

Hello Lola! Ooh, I'm very intrigued about your exercises with ropes...I do a lot of gardening at this time of year and I get incredibly stiff and sore afterwards when I'm too tired to do much. I'd love to know how to stay flexible by some easy method...again your beautiful spirit of optimism and enthusiasm is so inspirational - a big thank you! Mary❤
