This is so true! Last week I wrote an article in my blog about how mindfulness can help improve your karate - knowing how your body should feel and taking it to that feeling is essential to practice good karate! So good to see this being addressed 😄🙌🏼

Karate Dojo waKu I use visualisation in my training. Especially these days when I can’t go to the dojo and I have very limited space to practice at home. So it’s important that I focus really hard and recreate the right body sensations as if I was doing it for real ☺️🙏🏼

I remember this from one of your earlier videos "simple tip to improve your kata". I guess triggering awareness in repeated movements is the key to "updating your sense"
