The most interesting thing and we don't concentrate on it, its actually too difficult when yr anxious i think, yr unable to get enough air, yr body of fear is rejecting it ?

Hi Daniel! Thanks for watching my video. Yes, it is REALLY challenging to breathe deeply (like the video teaches you) WHILE you are in the midst of fear and anxiety. Your brain is thinking about everything but breathing. That is why I suggest that you practice breathing deeply like this on a daily basis to teach your body to breathe like this habitually. Begin breathing like this when you know that you are in a situation in which you have historically felt nerves or anxiety. Breathing deeply 5 minutes before getting on a Zoom call or giving a presentation will help you to calm your mind and body enough to be present.
