How do you make these tiny leaves, Italians make tiny confections of marzipan, almond paste. Very similar

The consistency of Azuki bean paste is actually very similar to marzipan!

How much sugar and glutinous flour need to add in there?

It's measured by percentage. Depends on how much bean paste you use.
