When you got thin ass walls and constantly surrounded by negative energy so you can't rap like the building on fire... literally gotta wait to be home alone to go all out in my own room smh.
@CuttinChris6 жыл бұрын
hey man I've been dealing with that as well. I had to wait for roommates to leave for my entire first e.p. now that I changed my thoughts on it it helps. if it's during the day fuck it go all out. if you're too nervous to put power in your vocals at home, imagine being on a stage where you need power in your delivery.

Thanks for the video Drew! I've been following you in this crazy, stupid rap dream that I have for almost 2 years now! I feel like I've nearly perfected my ability to tell stories with impressive rhyme schemes, only to turn around and realize that delivery is just as, if not more important than lyrics. Maybe in another 2 years I'll find my voice and be able to deliver as well as I write. Thanks again for sharing your experience!

that actually happened at a show where i was on stage and only half the crowd was paying attention, and the other half were just talking until the last verse of my last song then i had the whole crowds attention, but it couldve been the frustation i was starting to feel and that tone went into my song.

Pac & eminems vocal projection can be awful at times like there trying too hard... rappers with impressive delivery is prodigy listen to (i keep it thorough) dmx stop being greedy.. fatjoe has good delivery ... not always the loudest rapper of the guy that puts emotion in his voice has the best delivery
@dxsh88533 жыл бұрын
@@breaks3085 Wum Em and Pac's voices are awful at times???! They never ever sound like they pushing it to make the audience interested. Those are they natural voices and nobody has a better voice naturally than both of 'em. I've literally got my hands on every album of theres and you could easily hear that thats there natural voices. Em and Pac's voices are naturally loud and soft at times, plus rappers like Prodigy dont do a great job expressing there voices like Pac and Em do when they angry.

@@dxsh8853 bro tupac vocal projection is not clear...he does put feelin & conviction in his voice same as eminem...but for me there delivery can be really off at times...prodigy doesnt shout but it doesnt mean you cant hear the passion in his..voice.. dmx raps with passion... but delivery is subjective...some people like monotone artist some people feel artist with more cadence....
