Thanks Frank, I first saw your slide up video and then purchased your book about 18 months ago. I have used your slide up technique & have a very fast and controlled technique from that beginning. I have followed your information from Facebook and can pop up from the knees on shorter boards. Your information and tutorials are so easy to follow, understand and implement. Great to see you again on U tube and look forward to whatever information that you provide. Thank you,

Hi Frank. Great videos. How does the slide up technique work on a shorter board without the toes on the board and in the water. Surely it is easier with the toes on the board? Many thanks.

What is your height? I have a 9'6 and want exact spot I should put my toes towards end of tail. I'm 5'10.

I am 5-9 and mark the middle of board as a guide. Heal of the palms to the middle of board to push up and sternum just in front of middle will give you a pretty good feel of where to be and a great starting point depending on your bodies weight distribution as some people are top heavy or bottom heavy.
