Learn to use Metal Clay - A Basic Introduction

Learn the basics of working with Metal Clay. You will be shown how to use the lump form of Metal Clay with organics to make a simple pendant from start to finish. Amy will demonstrate how you handle, roll, texture, dry, drill holes, finish, fire and polish the pendant. You will then be shown how to add jump rings and a chain to complete your design.

Amy Surman is a small business owner in Oxford from where she runs The Oxford Bead Shop and Amy Surman School of Jewellery. Amy is a (BAHons) trained Silversmith, Precious Metal Clay Senior Instructor, fully qualified post 16 Teacher and craft enthusiast!
Due to the Corona Virus outbreak she took to offering Facebook LIVE videos from her small room at home to keep people busy and create an online jewellery making community.
