The jump ball play actually comes from the Celtics, they would run this when the C's had KG, PP, Rondo etc.

On that last play javel should’ve moved up on harden in my opinion because in that scenario it’s 2 points no matter what happens…I might as well force the extra pass and hope they blow it vs given harden a wide open lay up.

In that last clip, wasn't LeBron technically in no man's land? He wasn't really helping on the Harden drive, but he wasn't really guarding Tucker either.
@ScoutWithBryan5 жыл бұрын
No. He’s guarding Tucker one pass away where he’s elite in the corner. Bron has a foot in the paint bc thats helpside positioning anticipating the ice or even the ball getting middle. When Harden drives it all the way you can’t concede a corner 3 uncontested from that spot. He’s in the right spots.

6:24 why couldn't KCP switch onto Paul, and Rondo rotates and covers the strongside 3?
@jamesmiles578510 ай бұрын
Because Rondo was already beat so even if he would rotated and covered, the defense was already figured out and broken down. Paul is virtually in front of Rondo when Rondos hips are turned to Harden.

First 3 plays and lebron has 3 errors. He crowded the spacing on the first. Poor defense on the second and third. That’s why people don’t respect him
