Never play the Trips bet, don't forget. Very high house edge compared to the normal bet.

For the 21 outs rule, let's say there's an unpaired board and you have a Queen or Jack but with a low kicker. Do you count queens and jacks as potential outs for your opponent based on a kicker? Simple example, I have Q2, board is A-K-J-3-4. On this board our opponent has 15 outs + 3 queens with any kicker beats us so he actually has 18 outs. We have to count queens now so that's 3 more outs that he has. So we still play it instead of folding. Now, let's say we have J-5, and board is A-K-10-3-4. 3 Aces, 3 Kings, 3 10's, 3 Threes, 3 Fours, 4 Queens is 19 outs for him. But we have Jack and a crappy, low kicker. Do we start counting if he also has a jack as his outs assuming he has a better kicker than our lowly 5? And thus we give him 3 more outs which moves his outs to 22 and we have to fold? Is there a thresh hold where we assume our kicker is good? Does kicker matter at all? It's a rare case but sometimes I think I'm in the clear and he has

About the 21-rule, are you sure this is correct. The dealer has two cards. So, he has 21 outs for card 1 and again another 21 outs for card 2 to beat you, so 2 times 21 outs.

Question: On the small raise, are you supposed to raise even with a pair of deuces, or is that exception only valid for the large and medium raises?
@cashmahne2 жыл бұрын
According to his strategy, yes. But his strategy is greatly flawed. Even preflop his strategy has holes in it.

Hi, I have a question for four to a flush rule. Do I raise only if I have four to a flush AND a ten or higher in my hand? Or do I always raise when I get four to a flush.

If you have T spades and 8 hearts and the flop is 234 all spades, you're 45.7% to win the hand. It's a check. This guys strategy is good to follow, if you want to lose money.

How much your odds improve if you know players next to you whole cards?

Not enough to change the strategy. You're not playing against them. You're playing against the dealer. Similar to blackjack, nevermind what they've got or what they're doing.

Never take your whole bankroll, divide whatever the max you can absolutely lose into however many trips you can take to the table with a comfortable amount of hands

What about when you’re playing at a table with as many as five her players?
@zx6r5313 ай бұрын
That’s what interests me.. the house edge is definitely reduced if players cooperate info show what they have.. with that if they have some of the cards that would be outs for the dealer then you don’t count those outs.. And if there’s multiple aces or of the same card in others players hand then you wouldn’t wanna max raise it I assume.. because a pair is unlikely or impossible to come if there are 4 already dealt to other players.

I know this was three years ago but why do you keep saying craps has a better house edge? Isn't 1.3 or 1.4 higher then 0.5?
@centauri8820 Жыл бұрын
That's because if you base the house edge on a per roll basis it comes in at 0.42% for the passline.
@superandre96 Жыл бұрын
Isn't blackjack also higher than 1%, even with the best rules? Like dealer stands on 17
@SaltLight7 Жыл бұрын
@@superandre96 There are other little rule variances that can make it go down. Sure, They are difficult to find but it's possible.

@@SaltLight7 ah ok in theory then. Let's say in the online scenario the best games are probably craps and ultimate before blackjack?
@SaltLight7 Жыл бұрын
@@superandre96 I still say BJ has better odd overall... usually. Unless you play a variant that is absolutely horrendous (8+ decks, hit soft 17, no splitting, no doubling down, no surrender, 6 to 5 payout). Most variants will have ranges from 1% to about .5%. Anything higher then that stay away from. Anything lower then that is probably in a high stakes room with minimum bets at $100+ Craps has very few if any variants that change the basic pass line bet. It's pretty much always 1.4 or 1.3. If you use optimal strategy you can get Ultimate Texas Hold'em down to about .5% So UTH and BJ can swap places with each other depending on the variant of BJ.

Some very poor basic poker math here. There's a lot of decisions that he suggests that are plain incorrect. One example: His chart says to check T9 suited but says bet 4x with both K2 suited and Q6 suited. T9s is 54% to win vs the dealers random hand. K2s is 53.3% Q6s is 53.7% His rules for better after the river is absolutely incorrect on many possible boards. One example is to 1x your bet with any hidden pair. Example: If you hold 23 of diamonds on a board of KQJT2 with four clubs, you have a 13% chance to win the hand. It's a clear fold, but he wants you to give the casino another bet.
@shem44 Жыл бұрын
21 out rule is not applicable if you are playing in a casino with other players who hide their cards as there is no way to count how many cards the dealer has to beat you.
