Learn Wing Chun from Sifu Francis Fong with Kevin Lee

Wing Chun is a Martial Art developed in China which emphasizes on maintaining the balance of the center of mass of our body while we deliver our attacks and defend from opponent's attacks. Sifu demonstrates how one can ground (her)himself by leveraging the center of mass of one's body. The same principle is applied while one attacks the opponent by making him(her) off balance.
