You guys should show us your stretch routine or stretches to get more flexible bc I’m that unflexible tornado kicks hurt
@ramon_Huft6 жыл бұрын
CC If You just practice Them everyday, Your body Will het used to it :) you don't need to be extremely flexible
@tess08stoupovka815 жыл бұрын
Or you can try some gymnastic stretch :) I was a gymnast for two years and it help me so much. I'm still doing my strech routine second time during the week. Now I'm really flexible and kicking is not problem for me ;) And it helps also with flips like layouts, or tricks like a macaco, backhandspring/flick, and so many others. Ps: Sorry for my bad English

Im 33 years old. I did some taek won do when I was 12. I did all this in first attempt :) Im not intending to start tricking at my age, but you guys should put more tutorials out there so people can get started and then your community can grow. Iam maybe too old, I dont get this vlogging stuff but you can include more important info about tricking, not just what you ate or did on the way to the gym. Kojo 10 pounds is obviously nothing and your idea is amazing, I did some break dance when I was 12 and I would have paid way more than that if there were tutorials online. My point being give people basics for free and then they will be happier to pay once they are involved. The move before butterfly kick gave me too much confidence and momentum I almost broke my elbow trying to backflip for first time :) I will try again for sure

Got talks about how to get over fear on Kojo's Trick Lab. I used to be terrified of every flip now I'm not scared of any I just decide whether it's safe for me to try certain things or not. I've done my best to explain what you have to do to get to this point :)

That looks cool, but I am watching this at night will see whats going to happen tomorrow. Now after over two years..I haven't ever been super flexible, but butterfly kick is pretty easy and scoot is ok, but I haven't trained so hard so...that's all what I can do from this video. Other tricks like frontflip,backflip,sideflip are way too easy but still I am too afraid to do something like roundoff backflip. Feels bad when my friends are doing it
