I love the pronunciations videos, it helps a lot to correct the mistakes that we usually make in English conversations.@Learn Academic English, please keep uploading more pronunciation videos. Also, I am from Middle East and we have difficulty when we pronounce V at the beginning of a word because it sounds like o or a w .

I never knew that we have to pronounce V in this way. But i got it now. Thank you very much!! Ma'am. Explaining pronounciation is not an easy task. But the way you've explained was really appreciable.

I am new here and I like your channel, I have a suggestion for you. Personnaly I have a lots of questions in english either grammar questions or vocabulary.., if you could have page where we, followers can ask you questions or juste gather the questions asked in the comment bellow your videos and make a video once a week or whenever you can to answer those questions because it's very useful for us learners and at the same time you get a lots of more subscribers to your channel because learners like that a lot.

Hi Zakari, I'm glad you are here! Where are you from? Thank you for your suggestion. I will look into how I can have a page where people can post questions. For now, you can post your question as a comment on any video or go to my Instagram or Facebook, where I have a new post that asks people for their questions. instagram.com/englishwithjenna or facebook.com/learnenglishwithjenna I don't have time to do a weekly video but probably I can do it twice a month!

@@LearnAcademicEnglish Thank you I will check out your facebook and instagram . I am from Algeria but I was wrongly detained for almost twelve years in an offshore American prison where I learned English I taught myself just by reading books, during my detention I red hundreds and hundreds of english books American books, British books , I understand english very well but my speaking is still weak, and when people speak very fast in movies it is hard for me to catch what they are saying, I hope I will learn a lot by watching your videos. Best

Wow, I am so sorry to hear that you were wrongfully detained. That must have been a very difficult experience, but it is so great that you made the most of it by learning English during that time. It's normal for speaking to be weak--speaking is so hard and I usually think that it comes last because it requires you to do so many things at the same time (listen, think about grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, etc.). I will make a video of tips for how to improve your speaking at home.

hi i was your new subscriber, could give me some tips to remember better, i was totally forgotten was you say in early =(. if i want to understand something, its harder and take a longer time than other people, at least one week maybe. so, if you have a few tips you can give me and i would be grateful for it. =)

Maybe it would be better to start with videos and lessons that are at the level of your English now. They will be easier for you to understand. As teachers, we usually think that the right level is your level + 1 step higher, which means that you should listen and read English that is your level plus something a little bit new and challenging. If it's too hard, then you won't understand and won't learn. Does it help you to turn on the subtitles (CC)? Where are you from? How long have you been learning English?
